Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped via freight through one of our trusted logistics partners. Orders typically take 3 to 5 days to arrive.
Freight deliveries are made curbside and require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly for any visible damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Damage claims may be difficult to honor if the item is accepted without proper inspection.
Additional fees may apply if special delivery accommodations are needed (e.g., inside delivery or limited-access locations). We recommend reviewing your tracking details to estimate the arrival time, which may vary depending on your region.
Please note:
Standard freight delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request.
Shipping times may be extended during promotional periods and holidays due to increased order volumes. Orders during these times will be processed and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
