Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Merchandise that is unopened and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date is eligible for a prompt and courteous refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original packing materials. Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. Please note that opened or used items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for any damages incurred during return transit; such claims must be resolved directly with the chosen shipping carrier.
Custom orders and equipment purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
All returns require prior authorization from Zensuya and must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team at 484-222-0730.
Returns must be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or an approved freight carrier. Returns sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Adherence to this policy is required; refunds or replacements will not be issued if the return instructions are not followed.
